BIND® from SRU Biosystems is a universal assay system that enables label-free detection of drug-target interactions. The system is comprised of the BIND® Reader and 96-, 384- or 1536-well microplate BIND Biosensors. The BIND system takes advantage of a novel optical effect to provide very sensitive measurements of changes in binding or
adherence in the proximity of the biosensor surface. The biosensor incorporates a proprietary nanostructured surface, and is incorporated in microwell plates in industry standard formats. The BIND system delivers higher quality assay data and improved throughput, both resulting in cost savings.
BIND is a powerful assay development tool that lets you qualify and quantify binding at every step of your experiment. This same platform integrates easily into screening formats with direct translation of assay conditions from 96- and 384-well formats to 1536-well formats.
