An Integrated Solution for Quantitative Label-Free Detection of Drug-Target Interactions in Industry Standard Microplates
SCALABLE
The BIND® Reader is a robust, bench top instrument that provides quantitative measurement of drug-target interactions. Your drug target can be directly attached onto the biosensor surface in 96, 384 or 1536 microwell plates. Robust measurements can be obtained with reduced reagents amounts compared to other label free technologies.
For example, cell numbers ranging from 5000 to 20,000 per well are routinely used. Subsequent reagent additions to the microplate can occur on or offline. The simplicity and efficiency of BIND® assay formats speed assay development times as well as improving throughput and reducing cost. The standard read time is as fast as 30 seconds for 96-wells and 1 minute for 384-wells. Rapid cell response measurements, as short as every 2 seconds, can also be obtained by repeat reading of a single plate column. The BIND® Reader is easily integrated with industry standard lab automation, including robotic arms and liquid handling.
