BIND Applications >> Cell-Based
BIND® is a label-free, widely applicable technology incuding live cell assays. Key cellular BIND applications include receptor activation assays for targets such as ligand-gated ion channels, receptor tyrosine kinases (RTKs) and Gq, Gi, Gs and G12/13-coupled GPCRs as well as cell adhesion assays. BIND is non-destructive technology that allows the use of low cell numbers and re-use of cells, which is ideal for use with precious primary cells. It also requires no labeling of assay components or construction of specialized cell lines thus reducing assay development and optimization times.
